Hope Cohousing – a community interest company – is working to establish a small cohousing project in St Margaret’s Hope, Orkney, creating rented homes for older people who want to live independently within a supportive community.

There will be six new eco-aware houses, with shared amenities, a garden….and hens. Our vision is to create affordable rental homes as a lasting community benefit.
