Grow Food Here: Nassau, Bahamas

Even as a college student, Lincoln Deal saw the imminent food security issues that his nation of the Bahamas is facing. 

After conceptualizing the idea of Eeden Farms in a research paper, he later brought his vision to life of making the Bahamas more self-sufficient by purchasing 3 Freight Farms. 

Today, Eeden Farms supplies restaurants in Nassau with a consistent source of fresh leafy greens, herbs, and microgreens with plans to expand to supply cruise lines and resorts - a sector Lincoln calls a “sleeping giant.”

 A farm that is starting an organic trend here in the country with food that comes directly from our soil and onto your plate.
