After conceptualizing the idea of Eeden Farms in a research paper, he later brought his vision to life of making the Bahamas more self-sufficient by purchasing 3 Freight Farms. Today, Eeden Farms supplies restaurants in Nassau with a consistent source of fresh leafy greens, herbs, and microgreens with plans to expand to supply cruise lines and resorts - a sector Lincoln calls a “sleeping giant.” (Source: Youtube) |
