Housing

Coho offers a 34 unit community next door to a park with wilderness paths and sports fields.
Clustered on 6.8 acres and surrounded by trees and meadows, the units are a mix of flats and townhouses, all designed to support friendly interactions between neighbors.
A large common house with a unique solar art installation is the gathering place for meetings, 3 to 4 vegetarian meals a week, and recreational activities. Games! Some of us like to play games!
Members of Coho Ecovillage, aka Cohoots, are committed to living lightly on the land, embracing diversity and sharing with one another in mutual trust, respect, and support.
All learn to listen carefully, use nonviolent communication, and make decisions by consensus. Our commitment to learning nonviolent communication makes consensus and conflict mediation work so much better!
We’ve been busy gardening, tending our orchard, working in our bicycle shop, and wood shop.
