About Laytonville Ecovillage

While all of Laytonville Ecovillage could be a cohousing development we are developing a small “pocket neighborhood” between parcels #2 and #3. 

Since each parcel can support two single family homes, we have created a design that would “cluster” four homes close to the property line and offer a shared community septic system and shared well. 

The homes and assorted outbuildings could comfortably and affordably support twelve people, substantially bring down the costs of development, and allow you to create the social and legal entity you feel is the best fit for your group.
